AI Agent Development and Workflow Automation

Connect your office tools, CRM and back-office systems with workflows and AI agents that carry out defined tasks. We map the process, build the solution and help your team put it to work.

Start with the work

Workflow Automation for Office and CRM Systems

Copying information between systems. Chasing updates. Preparing the same report again. These small tasks add up, especially when your tools do not talk to each other.

We turn your internal processes into connected workflows, combining clear rules with AI where a task needs interpretation, research or a draft for your team to review.

Three ways to make work flow

Workflow Automation and AI Agent Services

Some jobs need a dependable sequence. Others need an agent that can work through several steps. Many benefit from both.

01

Connected workflows

Move information between tools, trigger actions and keep routine processes consistent. Ideal for repeatable work with clear rules.

What we can build
  • n8n flows, API connections and scheduled jobs
  • Document and spreadsheet processing
  • CRM updates, routing and notifications
  • Web workflows where an API is unavailable
02

Task-focused AI agents

Give an agent a defined goal, relevant tools and a process to follow. It can interpret inputs, work through steps and hand back a result for review.

How the agent works
  • Agent loops for multi-step tasks
  • LangChain-based integrations where appropriate
  • Defined tools, completion checks and stop conditions
  • Human review for exceptions and important actions
03

A connected agent system

Coordinate specialist agents across a larger process, with an orchestrator assigning work and checking the outputs against the goal.

When this makes sense
  • Processes spanning several departments or tools
  • Separate research, execution and review tasks
  • VPS deployments with an appropriate agent harness
  • Enterprise programmes with measurable task ownership

Managed agents / enterprise option

Managed AI Agent Deployment and Orchestration

For more involved processes, we can deploy an orchestrator agent and task-specific sub-agents on a VPS. Each agent has a clear role based on how your business actually works.

Multi-agent workflows divide a larger goal into defined tasks. Suitable work can run in parallel, with the results checked together before the next stage.

Deployment and orchestration

Depending on the use case, the deployment can use a harness such as OpenClaw, Hermes Agent or OpenCode, connected to the models and tools selected for your process. We define responsibilities, tool access, shared context, handoffs and what counts as a completed task.

Keeping the workflow manageable

We agree approval points, task limits, logging, error handling and escalation routes. Specialist agents receive the access needed for their role. A pilot helps establish whether a multi-agent approach adds value before expanding it across the business.

Where to start

Business Workflow Automation Use Cases

Explore a few starting points. We will help identify which tasks are suitable for automation and where people should stay involved.

Office documents & reporting

The repeated taskCollecting information, copying it into spreadsheets and preparing routine reports.

A possible workflowGather approved data sources, standardise the information and prepare a document, spreadsheet or presentation draft for review.

CRM & sales operations

The repeated taskEntering enquiry details, checking customer records and keeping follow-up tasks current.

A possible workflowExtract structured details, check for duplicate records, suggest updates and route the next action to the right person.

Web forms & web workflows

The repeated taskMoving form submissions between websites, inboxes and business applications.

A possible workflowValidate submissions, connect approved systems through APIs or controlled browser steps, and flag incomplete information.

Back-office administration

The repeated taskSorting documents, checking fields and chasing missing information across teams.

A possible workflowClassify incoming documents, prepare records, check required fields and create an exception queue for a person to resolve.

Research & internal knowledge

The repeated taskSearching through scattered files and assembling the same background information.

A possible workflowSearch approved sources, gather relevant information and prepare a source-linked summary or answer for the team.

Customer service & handoffs

The repeated taskReading incoming requests, categorising them and passing context between departments.

A possible workflowSummarise the request, identify the right queue, draft a response and escalate cases that need human judgement.

Setup / training / adoption

AI Tool Setup and Team Training

We help companies and teams set up AI tools, connect them to suitable workflows and learn how to use them on real tasks.

Hands-on setup and training

Sessions can cover installation, accounts and model connections, working with company files, reusable instructions, reviewing outputs and building repeatable workflows. We shape the training around your team’s experience and day-to-day work.

Local, cloud or hybrid?

A tool installed on a company computer can still send requests to a cloud model. If local model hosting is a requirement, we assess suitable models, hardware and connections separately. The setup is chosen around your data requirements, performance needs and budget.

Before we get started

AI Agents and Automation FAQs

You do not need to arrive with a preferred platform. Bring us the process you want to improve.

Do we need an AI agent for every task?

No. A straightforward integration or rules-based flow may be the better fit. We use agents where interpretation or multi-step decision-making adds value, and combine them with conventional automation when useful.

Can you work with our existing software?

We assess your office applications, CRM, web tools and internal systems first. Available APIs, permissions and export options determine the integration approach. Where browser automation is needed, we also plan for interface changes and maintenance.

Can we begin with one process?

Yes. A focused pilot is a practical starting point. It gives your team a working example and a way to evaluate quality, time saved and running costs before expanding the scope.

Will agents take actions without our approval?

We agree which actions can run automatically and which require a person to approve them. Sending messages, changing important records or other consequential actions can be placed behind explicit approval steps.

What does a VPS deployment include?

The scope can cover the server environment, agent harness, model connections, orchestrator and specialist-agent configuration, integrations, logs and operating documentation. Hosting, model usage and ongoing support are discussed as part of the proposal.

How much does automation cost?

Cost depends on process complexity, integrations, deployment requirements and the level of training or support. We use the consultation to understand your needs and propose a suitable starting scope, including expected ongoing tool and infrastructure costs.
